The Optus App is designed to make accessing services and information easy for tenants. Its simple to report repairs, schedule repair visits, view your rent information, exchange messages with your landlord, and feedback your opinions via surveys or suggestions.
You can upload pictures or video clips as part of any repair report. You can view your rent history, or raise any issue you wish through the two-way messaging feature. You can also make rent payments, view copies of correspondence you have with your landlord, and download other documents that we publish. Weve also added the ability to report anti-social behaviour. There is also a community section that allows you to stay connected with community news and activities.
Later, we will also be adding other features such as a chatbot. And with your feedback, we will continue to improve the app and make sure it meets the needs of all our customers. Tell us what features or changes you would like to see added to the app -- especially any community-focused features!!
